Corporate Sponsorship -- $500: Reserves 4 golfersto play in the tournament. Also advertisement at the tournament on our Corporate Sponsorship Board and at a tee box. Includes lunch and tee prizes for each golfer.

4 Man Team Sponsor -- $400: Reserves 4 golfers to play in the tournament, including lunch and tee prizes.

Individual Golfer -- $100: Reserves 1 golfer to play in the tournament and will also include lunch and tee prizes.

Tournament Sponsor -- $100: If you are not interested in participating in the tournament but would still like to make a donation of $100, you will receive a tee sign at one of the tee boxes as well as a lunch invitation to the tournament.

All sponsorships include 18 holes of golf with cart, soft drinks, door prizes, and lunch.
